20 March 2020I would like to know whether I can take two GST registration in the same building. Suppose I am practicing CA, I want the GST registration
in my own name and I am forming LLP With another CA. Whether the second LLP can have the GST registration in the same building.
An early reply in this regard is highly appreciated.

Yes, you can do two registration in same premises, but GST is Pan based registration, hence you can do one registration using you pan for practicing CA, and another registration can be done through your LLP companies PAN. hope this helpful for you.

Sir, as per my knowledge there is no Prohibition for two registration in same premises in GST act

Yes, you can have multiple registrations in a single building premises.
One of the GST registration will have your PAN while the other will have PAN of the LLP.
