I have one business with my Pancrad.now I start other new business. Can I take another registration with same pan card number. My current business in composition. Can I take composition in New business. One crore limit can apply for both business. Please advice with section and rule.

Yes you can but 1.5cr total turnover should be calculated for composition scheme,
Yes... You can take another one GSTIN registration... But, It's treated as Vertical Business Registration"...
T/O will be calculated both registration Values...
