Two Form 16s with HRA:
• In the ITR, show salary from each employer separately (Schedule S, employer-wise: gross salary, allowances, exempt allowances under Sec 10, perquisites).
• HRA exemption: each employer computes it for the period of employment. If one employer didn't consider it, compute it yourself for that period (least of HRA received, rent paid minus 10% of salary, 50%/40% of salary, for that period).
• Standard deduction is available only once (Rs 50,000 or Rs 75,000), not per employer.
