By mistake two dins have been generated for one of our director. One din is used for one company and another for other company. First company the annual returns are not filed for F.Y 2016-17 and also the other director is disqualified. The digital signature is registered with the second DIN. And if we want to surrender the one of the din then the other director is disqualified in the first company. The director A whose din has to be surrendered, her second din is used in LLP. so the question of resigning her from this cannot arise.
kindly provide the solution at the earliest as we are in the process of filing the DIR-3 KYC.
