can a chartered accountant hold COP of chartered accountant as well as cop of cost accountant

Yes, a person is entitled to hold COP as Chartered Accountant and as Cost Accountant.

 

There is no restriction regarding the same.

but statutory auditor and cost auditor may be same of a single client
