i am a salaried employee , but also a tution income Rs. 113000 can i show this income in ITR 1 income from other sources and i have deposit Rs. 124000/- cash during Demonetisation but this is my cash against cash salary & my saving income (cash salary already computed in income)

Dear Mr.Anand U can show ur income from tution as income from other sources and u can do so in ITR 1 itself no need to go for ITR . And regarding ur cash deposits don't worry untill u are asked by the department.Anyway department will not ask u as ur deposits are not more than 2.5lakshs
