Quick Summary
If your total income, including £100,000 from tuition fees, exceeds the basic exemption limit for Income Tax, you are generally required to file a return. However, if your income falls below this threshold, filing is not mandatory but is still advisable. This ensures all your income is declared and can be beneficial for future financial matters.

Income Tax Return is required to be filed by an individual if his gross total income earned during the financial year exceeds Rs. 2,50,000

So in your case if you are not having nay other source of income other than Rs. 1,00,000 then you are not compulsorily required to file your IT Return. However you can make the filing voluntarily.

Not required as income is less than basic exemption limit
But it's better to file although not mandatory to you.
