Daughter married now studying MCH for which I have paid tution fee of Rs 1.4 lakhs to govt medical College. She is 28 years.
Is this payment eligible for 80 C tution fee?

Yes you can claim
Yes, you can claim a deduction u/s 80C as the payment is being made to the college situated within India and the act does not restrict the deduction for dependent children only.
