Turnover same in GST R 1 and 3B but difference in tax figure
R Sir I reported wrong figure of tax in GST R 1 due to wrongly tax rate selection but turnover same in both returns.how can it rectify in GST R 9

If you have paid the right amount of tax in GSTR3B and mistakenly reported in GSTR1 means its not a problem, as u can edit the details in Table 4 of GSTR9.
If paid less in GSTR3B it has to be paid with interest.
