You have to specify gross turnover of business in GSTR-1.

You will have to agregate turn over of all states.

for Orissa Turnover Seperate. because u have seperate GSTiN No. for the same

Please go through GSTR-1 rules. Which asks about Aggregate Turnover not State Turnover.
