a business in Assam previous year turnover is less than 10 lakh, this year may exeed the limit, entity get registered in may 2018 as a composition dealer
now question is that wether sales in the month April will be considered in return or not and tax will be paid or not

April month sales not considered as registration is taken from May....
You ll consider the sale from the date of registration. So, No need to Calculate April sales.
You can't take registration 30 days before becoming liable....
m not liable as my turnover in last year is below threshold limit,
