Tuition or self study with good books

Respected Sir,I

Is  tution required to pass CA final GR-I new syllabus? If not suggest books for CA final GR-I , as i am planning to appear for May2011

 I am in  a job and confussed what to do shall i leave job for tution or not? Please suggest me, dear qualified members.

  I want a definite answer, because i shall leave the job for tuitions. If it highly required that one should have to go for tuition to pass the exam, then i would do, otherwise if it is possible to pass Ca final Gr-I ,new syllabus with good books and self study iwould prefer so.
