Can I file ITR 3 for tuition income below 3 lac without maintain p & l & Balance sheet

Yes...
You can and fill columns under the head of "No Books of Accounts".

Part A BS - Serial no 6 - No Books of Accounts Case...

Part A P & L - Serial No 53 - No Books of Accounts Case....

for F.Y 15-16 (A.Y 16-17) Presumptive taxation ITR to be filed is ITR4S.
for F.Y 16-17 (A.Y 17-18) Presumptive taxation ITR to be filed is ITR4.

Do it fast , file before coming 31st march (31-03-2018) as that is the FINAL last date to file ITR for F.Y 15-16 (A.Y 16-17) & F.Y 16-17 (A.Y 17-18)

sir i doing job in company company hav privided me accomadation with deduct 2500p m from salary as rent

my parent stay in other city on rented house

tcan i show both rent in return ????
