As per Section 80E of Income Tax Act 1961, no deduction with respect to tuition fee paid to foreign university is available.
No deduction available under Income Tax

80C talks about payment of tution fees but that is within India

80E is not applicable in your case bcoz under 80E you get deduction on interest on education loan taken for higher education within India

80C within India + school/University/college (full time education).
80E applies outside India too.
80E(3)
c] "higher education" means any course of study pursued after passing the Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent from any school, board or university recognised by the Central Government or State Government or local authority or by any other authority authorised by the Central Government or State Government or local authority to do so;

The loan should be taken to pursue higher studies. It does not matter whether such education loan is taken for higher studies in India or outside India.

There is such a thing as a tax deduction for tuition. You can get a deduction for your own education or if you pay for the education of family members, namely children, brothers, and sisters under the age of 24. Suppose you are refunding tuition for relatives, such as children. In that case, there is an important condition: they must be full-time students, not part-time students. If you paid for your own tuition, its form is not important. In asa miami college, there were such cases when the amount was reimbursed in full, and scholarship money was given. But if you study not on a budget, you can count on your own resources.
