which type of school's tution fees are applicable for deduction under 80C. Is it only for govt. school or privet school also.

Both schools tuition fee can be claim u/s 80C...
Only Tuition Fee can be claimed.

tuition fees can be claimed as deduction irrespective of school college either govt or pvt . but should be affiliated form relevant board or UGC

for claiming deduction u/s 80c you just need to know it is not private coaching classes tuition fee.
like if fees paid for higher education and admission fee of any university and concern
And in such if fee developement and maintenance fee of not included then claim as deduction u/s 80 c....
