my client has registered trust on 16/03/2018 for temple purpose.
And received donation below 100000/- in cash.
My query is that whether filling of Income Tax Return is compulsory for AY-2018-19 ??

filing of return for trust registered under 12AA of the income tax act 1961 and section 8 of the companies act 2013.
