plz tell me, what is trunkey projects an its scope in service tax. is there any relevany judgement on trunkey project which give its brief ?

We are engage nursery purpose labour it will fall under agri base, we made labour contract, shall it fall under taxable service

w.e.f 1st Jun'07 Turnkey projects taken under Works Contract services, it is Taxable @ 2% on project value. Any VAT/Sales Tax portion is there we got it deduction. Education Cess is applicable as useual B.V.K.Nageswara Rao ,Ph:099891 57666, Email: nageswararao.bommakatni @ ril.com
