What is difference between True & Fair View and True & Correct View ?

true and correct view means we are certifying accuracy of something that it is 100% correct and there can not be any misstatement in it
while true and fair view means we are not certifying the accuracy to be 100% but reasonably fair( say 80 to 90% ), there can be some misstatement exist in it..
