Hiii, everyone. i am taking articleship in another city from my hometown. now a days i want to take transfer from articleship coz my father is in serious illness. but institute didn't permit me on this ground. so anyone can guide me that how can i take transfer or termination (if there is any way by extending period of articleship for this)
anyway.......anything ... plz guide me. coz i can't leave my father.

Medical reason is an excetion to the rules framed for tranfer, i,e student can take transfer on medical grounds even if he is not in the normal category of rules framed for transfer make proper inquiry with instute.
Hey i had a small doubt my friend had took termination from the auditor on march 3 and sent the termination letter to institute before the rules regarding the 50 km transfer to join in the new auditor. So i had a doubt that whether new rules will be applicable or old one will apply. So please clarify my doubt.....
