treatment of sundays for excess leave calculation

dear friends

i am in guilty about the procedure for calculation of excess leaves for the purpose of eligibility for nov'08 exams .

if i go by the icai training guide then i am eligible ( by following annexure 2 of the guide ) since it excludes sundays as leave

please friends suggest me your view urgently so that i can make further steps .
