The Sale transaction of commodities in F.Y. 2020-21 is around 10cr.

How shall it be treated?
A. To be treated as capital gain income
B. To be treated as Speculative Business Income
C. To be treated as Non-Speculative Business income and get the tax audit done
D. To be treated as otherwise
