Treatment of Cenvat credit in stock won't trigger reassessment if assessee's stand is sustained in an inquiry by AO
Where assessee had furnished full details about closing stock, purchase and sales in its audited accounts, reassessment proceedings could not be initiated on ground that there was requirement of inclusion or non-inclusion of cenvat/modvat credit in closing stock
