Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether input tax credit from a contract CFO's GST invoice should be treated as a supply and subject to cross-charging. The user is seeking guidance on how to distribute this input credit among various branches across India, especially given the administrative challenges.

It would be difficult to distribute such ITC with branches. Rather take tax invoices from CFO as distributed with branches,

But sir , it is treated as supply & applicable for cross charges
