We are not aware the cenvat credit is take on duplicate for Tranporter copy.Please provide the guidance about dulicate copy for transporter is utilize for take cenvat credit.

You can take cenvat credit on either original or duplicate copy. Erstwhile cenvat credit rule says that you have to avail only based on "Transporter copy". But CCR, 2004 removed that rule. Now you can avail based on original also.
As per Rule 9 of Cenvat Credit Rules, The CENVAT Credit shall be taken by the manufacturer on the basis of an inovice issued by maufacturer, First stage dealer or second stage dealer. Invoice menas invoice issued under Rule 11 of Central Excise rules. Rule 9 is silent about Original or duplicate, so that you can take credit on the basis of Original/ Duplicate copy, but it should be issued under rule. 11
