Transport LR date issue
can transport LR date different from invoice date? if yes so difference can be of 4 days?

Yes it can be, I can raise an sales invoice but transfer goods at a later date. there is no restriction on same.
however you cant transfer goods prior to Invoice date.

yes why not. the goods can be shipped to transporters and had send it after the date so it's possible
