Transport charges under gst
Respected sir , IAM gst regular business sir how to maintain in transport charges IAM very confused some people are told only indirect expenses not pay to tax,some people told rcm is add to gta services could you explain this problem sir

RCM APPLICABLE ON FREIGHT UNDER GST REGISTERED OR UNREGISTERED BOTH
unregisterd it is exempt as per notification no 32/2017 central tax rate 13th oct
Services of transporter Not GTS exmpted by noti.12/2017 under s.no.18 so No RCM
