can we claim car allowance in addition to transport allowance???

although there is no such allowance
but if still shows as car allowance it will be fully taxable.
Car allowance is taxable u/sec 17(2) as perquisites and my exact question is if the employee is claiming car allowance , can he get a transport allowance also at the same time??
