As I have to shift my place of business with full machineries& raw materials to another leased place in same state about 25 kms. so please let me know the procedure of GST& transportation documents etc .Suppose I do it before March 18 or in first week of April18.

You can Move it Just a Delivery Challan...
In case need E-Way bill then You will be prepare the same.
