please guide on the following..
A composition dealer has received an order for supply of transformer oil from state electricity department.
is he eligible to supply the same ?
if not then is he required to be a regular dealer as well as a seperate registration under gst for supply of petroleum products ?
please guide on this.

According to the supply order of the electricity department they may supply
There is no restriction for the composite dealer for the supply of transfer oilwhich is goods. so he can supply. there is no requirement to obtain regular registration.
However the electricity department would not be eligible to avail the ITC charged by composite dealer.
