What are these new transfer rules??? And class timings have also been changed....!!! Who will benefit from these new rules??? Students dont seem to have any say...!!! Does anyone exactly know what are the new rules and will transfer not be allowed under any situation whatsoever????

FIRST YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE ONE TRANSFER PERMISSION FORM FROM CA BRANCH OFFICE OF YOUR CITY. THEN FILL UP THE REQUIREMENT UNDER IT .IF YOU ARE A CPT PASS OUT STUDENT THEN SUBMITT SUCH FORM BY NOT EXCEEDING ONE MONTH ,SIGN A NEW FRESH FORM NO.102,103 IN NEXT CA'S WHERE THAT UNDER NOW YOU WANT TO TAKE ARTICLESHIP.ALL SUCH PROCEDURE WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN ONE MONTH FROM THE DATE OF TAKING TRANSFER OTHEWISE YOU WILL MISS YOUR FORTHCOOMING ATTEMPT.
ANOTHER OPTION IS THAT YOU GO TO THE BRANCH OFFICE OF CA INSTITUTE AND TAKE COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE.

hii....i heard it too..Apparently CA institute has passed a notification that no INTRA city transfers will be permitted after March 2008....Any one got any clue on this??? Also bout the class timings, I called up Praveen Sharma claases to confirm the timing of the november batch...they aint changing their timings!! Im in a fix please help!
