I havee filed ITR for 16-17 on Aug 14th 2018 with dummy intimation number since he had refund of 20k.Now status is like itr transferred to AO and has not processed.wat is the solution

You must communicate with the Jurisdictional AO in written form along with copies of respective ITR and other required documents,
your ITR for 16-17 will be non-est since it has been filed beyond time limit.. even you won't get relief before your jurisdictional AO
so if i do not respond to AO whether any issues raises?
as such it'll be construed that you have not filed your ROI
