PLS TELL ME ABOUT TRANSFER RULE

can nebody tel me dat if i want to take transfer after clearing my pcc exam n my ca iz nt giving tfr wat remedy do i have ?doesnt d articleship automaticaly cease aftr examz...final k liye to fir se registration karwana padta hai to kya form 109 bhi submit karna padega..cant i begin articleship widout his permission??plz reply sooooon..i wil b highly obliged

 my teacher told me that 1 transfer in allowed 1 articleship without any condition.

 My told me that 1 transfer in articleship is allowed .
