TRANSFER/SECONDMENT........

Hey guys!

Want to ask regarding secondment,

actually i wanna apply for transfer as my office is really far from home..more than 50 kms..will i be able to get transfer???

nd if not,shud i go in for secondment?? wil i get credit fr it laterr??? as in i can show ..that ive worked wid this employer????! and also who will pay d stipend? old firm or new one whr ill go fr 2ndment?
