Transfer Request Accepted by the Institute

	Hi, I am doing articleship and final year student. Few months back I had asked for transfer and Institute rejected it. On 19th of March, I got an application from the Institute saying that your transfer letter has been accepted and now you can take transfer. I was shocked and amazed. After getting rejection letter few months back I was disappointed and did not sent any letter to Institute. I dont know all of a sudden on what basis again they accepted my request for transfer. This is just to give my friends some hopes that Institute in now accepting transfer on some valid resons ( not necessary it should be mentioned in the list specifying reasons for Valid transfer ).  I want to thank our New President.

In president's message, he stated that transfer banning rules are causing unnecessary hardship. So he said he was considering allowing transfer. A sensitive decision to curbe a menace caused by a psychopath former president - Mr UPA.

thats really cool, actually i had also got transfer at that time when this new rule had recently applied. i mean during april 2009. I remember that time was toooooooooooo sad, horrible for me. But the confirmation of transfer i got in november 09. they have taken 7 months to approve my transfer. thank god. but i think new president is little libral towards students. n congrats u got way to ur hope.

n i 100% agree with kingsley. and smarty dont know our institute very well.

whether your employer given any consent for said transfer application along with you or

any clarification asked to your employer after your application

how much time it takes because I want to do the same

1.  Whether sent a Hand Written Application or Printed.

2.  If CA Does not sign on the Application.

3.  Application to New Delhi ITO or VISHWAS Nagar in Favour of President/Vice President or Any one    Else.

4.  Time Taken for Response from ICAI.
