Transfer Pricing- Form 3 CEB

 Do u have  any idea for filling form 3ceb .

my client is indian co subsidary of singapore co. singapore co sales medical goods to enduser . orders provided to singapore co by indian co on which he get commission @ 7% of sale order.(foreign sales) and in india they purchase the finished good from singapore co. and sale to indian end used on which they get the diffenrence as profits.
