Any body done registration of Transfer Priceing  under IT ACT (u/s 92-92F)

Plz, help me out in this procedure.

Hi There is no need of registration . You can take one report from a CA in form 3CEB and attach this or send with ur return . How ever the AO may refer the case to TPO(Transfer pricing Officer )for determing the ALP(Arm's Length Price )

there is no provision in the income-tax act for transfer pricing registration. audit report in prescribed format is required in case of transaction between related parties exceeding the threshold limit provided in act. for referring the matter to tpo, the normal norm is if exceeds rs. 5,00,00,000

The limit for referring the matter to tpo has been enlarged to 15 crores of international transaction
