Transfer or surrender of share by a member

if you want to transfer then through transfer deed and charges applicable.

if you want to surrender (sell) then only via demat.

i suggest you to first demat all the shares then after you are able to transfer and surrander easily

SIR PLZ TELL ME THE PROCEDURE OF TRANSFER OF DEMAT SHARES TOO..

Actually this is the first time m doing it..So i need the whole procedure of what kind of resolutions are required to be Passed and form 7b Shall be sent to whom???It wud be a great help of u..
