Transfer on medical ground during the 2nd year of articles

Hello,

I had joined in articleship on 24.08.2012 and had completed 1year 5months, now I need to take transfer of articles on medical ground stating migraine headache as a medical ground. Please recommend me the procedure to be followed to take transfer of article, what are the documents to be submitted to the ICAI for the same? ,will migraine will come under the specified disease or not? And finally my final attempt will postpone for 6 months if had take transfer on the medical ground?

Please guide me by giving your valuable recommendations.

Difficult is my opinion

1)First of All u need Government hospital approval certification about your ailment

2)Migraine would probably a justified disease if it has become chronic and you ve supporting documents

3)A letter from you and your current principal acknowledging the same.

4)Transfer Regualtions please go through.

I understand your situation but ICAI in context things become unpredictable ,no idea What they conisder apprrpriate an inappropriate.

 

Lastly Golden Advice -CA or any other thing Except Charecter/Ethics is Cheap negotiation for health.
