The matter of sale and puchase of share of our compay is under litigation in the court. One of selling director stated in the court that he has transfered share on line to the purchasing . i want to know whether there is any provision to transfer share on line in respect of a company which have capital of Rs. 10 lac and is not listed at any stock exchange
