Can some one help me on process of how to transfer shares of a private limited company by an individual to another individual. Please send copies of board resolutions also.

Transfer deed duly executed by the parties has to be given to the company alongwith share certificate. Company has to pass Board resolution for approving the transfer. You can refer study material of CS course for details.
