Transfer of shares from 1.4.2014 in new form?

Dear friends,

Pl note that Sec.56 of Companies Act 1956 has been notified from 1.4.2014 and new share transfer form will be prescribed in the Rules (which are not available on MCA website till this moment). Old transfer Form 7B may not be valid. It may take time to get new printed form from the market across the country. Transfer of shares may be an issue. Let us wait for MCA clarification(?) again
