Q: Can some one please provide me the detailed procedure for Transfer of Shares of Private limited Company? Is there any New Form for effecting the Transfer of Shares? If Yes then please provide me the same.
Also, Do we need to file any Form with the office of Registrar of Company ?
form 7b has to be filled by both transferor n transferee , along with a witness to such procedure .
Form 7B is to filled under Companies Act,1956 but I want to know the Procedure for transfer under Companies Act, 2013.
