Hello everyone regarding the transfer of shares whether the Form 7B is still i existence or Form SH-4 has come into effect from April 1 st as per Companies(Share Capital & Debentures) Rukes, 2014?

If yes does SH-4 needs to be registered like earlier Form 7B(Instrument of Transfer) or its not required and its sufficeint to submit the executed Instrument of transfer SH-4 be submitted to the company directly along with the Share Certificates?

New form is applicable from  1.4.2014.  It is not required to be stamped by ROC.  It has to be submitted to the company within 60 days of execution.
