Quick Summary
This discussion explores the process of transferring immovable property from an individual owner to their proprietorship firm. It clarifies that transferring co-owned property requires the consent of all co-owners and involves registering a transfer deed. The advice suggests exploring options like a gift deed or a transfer of shares deed, depending on the specific circumstances and legal requirements.

You cannot transfer co-ownership property to your firm unless you register transfer deed with  all the co-owners' consent.

You can easily do so

MAM,

PLS SUGGEST HOW TO DO SO?

TRANSFER DEED OR CONVEYANCE
