No, this obligation cannot be transferred, except in case of merger of acquisition; in that case the obligation will shift to merged entity or acquiring company.
When the EPCG licence was issued?
Upto 50% Export Obligation may be fulfilled by exports of other goods manufactured by the same company or even a group company.
