Dear Friends,
One "X" is a private Ltd. company dealing in manufacturing and selling of medicines.
It's office and its business situated in a three storied building standing in the name of "X" company.
The said X company was now changed as "Y" company with new Directors.
My queries are :
1. Does the building standing in the name of X company will automatically transfer to Y company?
2. Does it require any procedural formality? Pls reply. It's urgent. Thanks in advance.
