transfer of capital goods
i m engaging in the business of mining and exploration so i need to transfer of my capital goods from one site to another means one state to another. so my queries is related to gst whether gst levy on transfer of capital goods from one state to another and what rate is prescribed and if levy than what will be the value of capital goods book value or market value or purchase amount.
