On 01/09/2014 i joined articles but because of some reasons i got registered on 16/10/2014 now i am seeking transfer of my articles what are the forms to be filed for transfer

Dear Sir/Madam
I want to take transfer in my first year of ca articleship but my principal refused to give the same. So can i cancel the registration on my own without involving my principal and start new articleship from beginning with some other principal & I dont mind getting my attempt delayed.
I have tried my level best to convince my current principal but he is not ready to give transfer at any cost. Please help me I am getting stressed because of this issue.
