Transfer of Articleship in big 4

i think no...bcoz one of mine friend submit their transfer form in institute but ICAI reject their transfer......

didyour friend also had an opportunity to transfer to a big 4 ?

No way... I had got the same opportunity but the firm is not taking transfer cases from now on...

The institute doesn't care at alll..... The motto of the institute is  " Once you register as a CA student we don't care----GO TO HELL....."

sO they won't accept your transfer....

Try for secondment for one year and then go for 1 year industrial training... This will serve your purpose....

What is the exact meaning of Secondment ? Does it mean that i shall work in the big 4 without taking termination from my current auditor ?

Do we have to register with the institute for Secondment or we can just start working with the other firm without informing or submitting any form to the intitute ?

There is a slight confusion in it.....on ICAI's website (regulation 54)  it is written that no intimation is required to be given to the institute but once u see da form u can c that there is a space for official stamp..........

No his case was different....his change the city......dat why he need transfer...but icai reject their application

take secondment and don't inform da institute about it.....and on being asked by ur current principal tell him dat no intimation is required to be given to the insti as it is written on da website....
