Transfer of articleship after 1 year - consent format

There is no fixed format for that letter. Just write the letter in your own words meaningfully stating clearly your medical reasons and your willingness to transfer alongwith the approval of your Principal. Enclose the medical certificate (I guess it should be from Govt. hospital). Mention all your student details in the letter. I feel thats sufficient to accept.

Hi parul, If you want to transfer from one principal to another principal you get permission from both principal acceptance and you have to submit respective forms to the institute i think so.. you better approach your regional office and get details from your regional institute.... I have completed ! year and 10 days of my articleship and I want to take transfer to my hometown i.e. 130 kms away from my current city.I need to take transfer on the ground of illness of my mother. so is it necessary to send medical to the Institute given by a Government Doctor? Will it be OK if medical signed by Private Doctor with whom medical treatment of my mother is going on and the medical reports of my mother is sent to the Institute.
